Our Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any tags and documentation.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons:
  • Cleaning Chemicals & Additives: Opened or used bottles for health and safety reasons.
  • Blends & Other consumable products (e.g., soils, feeds).
  • Personal Care Items related to Animal Care.
Custom-made or commissioned items, such as specific Arbours and Arches or Animal Sculptures, may also be non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact us for confirmation before ordering.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange in your email. You may use the template below.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and specific instructions for returning the item(s), including a returns address in the United Kingdom.
  4. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until the item reaches us.
  5. Confirmation & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  • Appearance on Statement: Depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or PayPal account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the process is the same as a return. Please indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the new item you desire. We will process the exchange once the original item is received. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for a free return shipment and a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
