Order Processing
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions. Please see the options below:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). We want this process to be as simple and hassle-free as possible for you.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same original condition in which you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documentation.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your order number).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and practicality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
- Cleaning Chemicals & Additives (if opened or used)
- Blends & Other consumable products (e.g., soils, feeds)
- Animal Care personal care items
- Custom-made or commissioned items (e.g., specific Arbours and Arches or Animal Sculptures). Please contact us before ordering these items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: In your email, include your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and specific instructions, including a returns address in the United Kingdom.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection. Please note: You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until the item reaches us.
- Confirmation & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Appearance on Statement: Depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different colour or size? The process is the same as a return. Please indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the new item you desire. We will process the exchange once the original item is received. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for a free return shipment and a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
