Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same original condition in which you received it
• In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documentation
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and practicality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

• Cleaning Chemicals & Additives (if opened or used)
• Blends & Other consumable products (e.g., soils, feeds)
• Animal Care personal care items
• Custom-made or commissioned items (e.g., specific Arbours and Arches or Animal Sculptures)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for instructions from our team (within 2 business days)
4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging and mail to the provided UK address using a tracked service

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until the item reaches us, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
